When can I move in?

Move-in starts in January 2027. The apartments are currently under construction and will be fully finished and furnished by then. You can already secure your preferred date by reserving your apartment through our portal.

How does the application work?

Fully digital, in just a few steps: choose your apartment online, request the brochure and complete the self-disclosure form on your phone or computer. We review your application and you receive your rental contract for digital signature. No paperwork, no trips to any office.

What does the rent include?

The rent is one transparent all-in price: full furnishings, heating, water and access to all shared areas are included. You pay one amount per month — no hidden extras and no surprises in the annual utility statement.

Can I view the apartment beforehand?

As the building is still under construction, in-person viewings aren't possible yet. On our website you'll find detailed floor plans, furnishing lists and visualisations of both apartment types. Once the show apartment is ready, we'll offer viewing appointments — leave your details and we'll get in touch.

How big are the apartments?

There are two types: Studio M with 25.32 m² and Studio L with 27.01 m². Both are fully furnished one-room apartments with a panoramic window, comfort bed, fully equipped kitchen with induction hob and dishwasher, a desk and a designer bathroom with rain shower. In total, 228 apartments are being built at Franklinstraße 7.

Are there shared areas?

Yes. Every second floor has shared terraces facing south and west. There's also a secure bike room, storage rooms for rent in the basement, landscaped outdoor areas and 24 parking spaces right by the building. Two modern lifts provide easy access to all 11 floors.
